Join the Fun: July 4th Parade Hospitality & Bell Ringing!Help us welcome our Truckee neighbors this Independence Day The 4th of July parade is a classic Truckee tradition, and because our church sits right at the end of the parade route, we have the perfect opportunity to welcome our community! We are opening up our front sidewalk and lawn to greet parade-goers, and we would love for you to join us. We will be setting up a hospitality table to hand out refreshments, opening our doors to neighbors, and offering a unique Truckee tradition: the chance for kids and families to ring our historic church bell! Whether you want to help host, hand out water, or just want a great spot to sit and watch the parade with your church family, you are welcome here.
Let’s fill the sidewalk with friendly faces and warm hospitality. See you on the 4th! |

The Women’s Bible Study group and Prayer NetJoin us every Monday 10-11am at Church of the Mountains (weather and road conditions permitting) Judy Jensen, the group leader welcomes everyone to participate. We read and discuss the books we have chosen in an informal discussion and look forward to spending time and sharing our faith with one another. Church Giving is Easy
At Church of the Mountains, our ministry is made possible through the generous support of our community. Your gifts help sustain meaningful worship, inspiring music, outreach to our neighbors, and a welcoming space where all are invited to gather, reflect, and grow. Every contribution—large or small—supports the life of our church: from caring ministries and community events to maintaining our historic sanctuary and creating opportunities for connection and spiritual renewal. Together, we are nurturing a place of hope, beauty, and belonging in the heart of our mountain community. Thank you for supporting the ministry of Church of the Mountains and for being part of all that God is doing here. We are deeply grateful for your faithfulness and generosity.
